| There's a cheat engine that speeds up your downloads? I'm confused :S. Can you explain what this does and tell me whether it violates terms of service or not please.

| its speeds them up , and its not a volation of anything ..UNLESS! you use Cheat Engine in-game , but for downloading purposes then its fine | |

When i used it, it speeded up the downloading and also sometimes i used it in game just to help | |
